World League Games
are held on the
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
evenings from 7:00 - 8:15pm

Camp Volleyball

1st timers attending the camp will
take home a quality volleyball after the camp. 
This allows you to practice at home what
you've learned at camp.  Practice makes perfect! 

If you already have a ball from a previous camp

Food is served

 

 

 

 

Volleylicious Food
is included

  • Breaks will have snacks including fruit trays,
    crackers, veggies and such. 
  • Lunch features a variety of quality nutritious meals including something hot, a bun, veggies, various salads, a treat and sometimes a unique earned treat.

 

 

 

 

Athletic Sports Trainer On-Site

  • A full time athletic sport aider will be in attendance during the camp. 
  • They will assist with the odd  sprain and bruise that sometimes occur during active training.
 

Fitness Training

  • The camp will provide instruction and techniques on how to improve your foot speed and vertical jump. 
  • Training will include a routine you can continue with at home, after the camp.

Day Commuter Optional Supper

Offered to assist with busy family scheduling and hungry athletes.   Supper is included in the Stay-over camper package.

This option is for the Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evening suppers. 

  • The afternoon sessions finish around 4:30.
  • Supper is usually served around 5:00. 
  • Day Commuter athletes have a supper break and return back at 6:45.
  • World League games begin at 7:00pm

Suppers include a range of full meals, including turkey, roast beef and many other dishes, choice of salads plus a dessert. This is for hungry athletes.
