Overnight accommodations will be provided by Shep's Institute, in either a 2-per room or 3-per room setting. Registrations are limited so please register early.
The boys will be staying on their own floor, as residence is co-ed. Sheps will also be used for the girls stay-over overflow. Both male and female chaperone/coaches will be in attendance. Requests for roommates can be satisfied. Please advise on registration form.

Adult chaperones & out-of-town coaches will be staying overnight.

Transportation will be provided by First Student Canada to and from the facility and Sheps. The bus will leave the dorms at 7:25am and arrive back around 9:15pm after the games on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Sunday evening will be used for check-in at the dorms. Check-out is Thursday morning before leaving for the soccer centre.

Come to the camp on Sunday and check-in at registration time. Bring all your gear with you. You will be registered (through the camp) at the dorms already. We will take you to the dorms after the Sunday sessions and supper. It's about a 20 min. ride to the dorms from the soccer centre.

All standard linens are provided: bring your own pillow and towel if you would like.

Check-out is Thursday morning before leaving for the camp, so you have to have your bags packed and ready by 7:25am.

Major suggestions from previous years; plan to bring a small room fan. The dorms are not air-conditioned. It can get a bit hot during the summer nights in July.

All food for the stay is included and served at the Soccer Centre.
- Breakfast will be served at Shep's Institute as such things as cereal, muffins, fruit, toast n' jam, bagels, and juice.

Break snacks include fruit trays, crackers and more. This is needed to replenish the spent energy during the previous session.

Lunch features a quality nutritious meal including something hot, some veggies, buns, some various salads and such and sometimes even a treat, if you duggit!

Supper is included and will feature a full course meal on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The meals will include such things as roasted turkey one night, roasted beef on another, then perhaps a lasagna and ceaser salad on another. Always comes with a choice of salads and a selection of desserts.

Supper will be served around 4:45-5:00 daily, after the last session of the day. World League Games start at 7:00 to 8:30pm. |
